TreeFend is a discrete, high quality permanent road safety barrier set specifically designed for preventing vehicle impacts on individual or small groups of trees, or roadside furniture.
The unique wrap around installation offered by the TreeFend system ensures errant vehicles and their occupants are either re-directed or brought to a safe halt when impacting the system. Installation is carried out with minimum disruption to traffic. The system is installed onto driven 'C' profile posts. After impact the system can be quickly replaced.
Ideal for use in areas where longer runs of barrier are not possible due to space limitations, economic or aesthetical reasons.
Successfully tested to BS EN 1317 Part 2 requirements for Containment Level N2 having passed TB11 and TB32 tests with an effective range of W4
6400mm length; 650mm height ensures suitability for many locations
