“Highway Care’s BarrierGuard was chosen for this particular scheme due to our requirement for a time and cost efficient temporary barrier solution. Within two weeks of receiving instruction from Costain, Highway Care was on site and within four shifts over 6km of barrier was installed. BarrierGuard’s low deflection (1.0m) enabled our traffic management layout to provide the maximum amount of working space behind the barrier and suitable lane widths for our narrow lane set up.”
