Antony Butcher, Finance Director and Managing Director - Designate at Highway Care proudly displays awards.

Kent, United kingdom – November 01, 2017 - Highway Care (www.highwaycare.com), a leading player in the road safety industry, today received two prestigious awards based on continued growth for the fourth consecutive year.

The MegaGrowth 50 awards presentation, set in the lustrous Orangery and Gardens at Turkey Mill, Maidstone was once again vibrant with anticipation as many Kentish companies awaited news of their position on this year’s table. The average increase in turnover of all the companies on the 2017 MegaGrowth 50 list – now in its 16th year – was 114.9%, up from 96.9% last year. For the second straight year, more than a fifth of the turnover list is made up of construction businesses, Highway Care among them.

Andrew Griggs, Senior Partner at Kreston Reeves, a sponsor of the awards; stated “For the foreseeable future, the world is full of uncertainty. So it’s gratifying to be able to see that no matter what is going on, it remains possible for Kent businesses to achieve exponential profitable growth.“

He continued “Over the years we have seen how difficult it can be to sustain growth over a long period of time and stay in the list for more than two years.”

Highway Care’s Finance Director and Managing Director - Designate, Antony Butcher comments “It’s a very proud day for Highway Care, that after some 40 years in business, we are able to collect awards for export and turnover growth for the fourth year in a row. And it's a great credit to our staff and our products that an SME from Kent is able to compete on a global scale with the biggest companies in our industry.”

Antony Butcher receives MegaGrowth 50 Award, ranking 15th in sales turnover.

Highway Care was ranked 15th in the Fastest-growing for turnover sales with 117.4% growth and placed 7th on the list for export sales - previous two-time winner - with a further 111.6% increase.

Highway Care are honoured to have maintained a consistent inclusion in the MegaGrowth 50 Awards for both categories and look forward to continued growth and development within the road safety industry, engineering your safety.
